What does it cost my location?

Vending, Smart AI Cooler, and Micro-Market equipment generally does not require an upfront equipment purchase. Depending on location size, sales volume, and service scope, minimum sales requirements or service fees may apply. Coffee, water, pantry, ice, and appliance programs are paid managed services or rentals. We spell out all costs before launch.

How does the Smart AI Cooler actually work?

Your employee taps their card or phone to unlock the door. They open it, grab what they want, and close the door. That's it — AI cameras inside the cooler track exactly what was taken and automatically charge the card that unlocked it. No buttons, no scanning, no waiting. It works just like a regular fridge, but it handles everything else on its own.

What if a machine breaks or runs empty?

Smart machines alert us automatically. For all locations, you reach us directly — not a ticket system, not a call center. We're local, so we respond fast and show up the same way.

How fast can we get up and running?

We schedule an install date within 3 weeks of contract signing. We work around your schedule to make it convenient!

Can we choose what products are stocked?

Absolutely! We offer a QR code before installation that can be given out to employees/guests/residents for them to signal their preferences. After installation, we are using data to keep you stocked.

What areas do you serve?

We're based in Indianapolis and serve the greater Indianapolis metro and surrounding areas including Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Whitestown, Zionsville, Greenwood, Lawrence, Avon, Plainfield, and more. Not sure if you're in range? Reach out — we're happy to check.

What's included in the Coffee Program or Supplies & Amenities service?

Office Coffee Program is a monthly program where you pay a small service fee and product cost. There's no upfront equipment cost; the machine comes with the program. Pantry service works similarly: water systems (including Bevi units), ice machines, and microwave rentals are available as monthly add-ons, and snack/pantry stocking is managed on a regular delivery schedule. We build the right combination for your location.
